Temporary Protective Status (TPS)

Is a program established by Congress since 1990 that allows migrants from designated countries that are considered unsafe, the right to live and work in the United States for a temporary period of time.  During that period, TPS holders are eligible for employment and travel authorization and are protected from deportation.

If you are eligible for TPS, you should not delay your application for this provision of the law. It may lead you to legal resident status or your ‘Greencard’. Contact us to analyze your case.
